June 2026 Food Recall Alert: Pizza, Supplements, Chocolate & Popsicles

Food safety is performance safety.

This week’s recalls involve several products that may be sitting in your pantry, freezer, or kitchen cabinets right now. The FDA has announced recalls involving frozen pizza, dietary supplements, chocolate products, popsicles, and specialty beverages due to contamination concerns and undeclared allergens.

Frozen Pizza Recall

Champion Foods LLC recalled certain batches of Motor City Pizza Co. 5 Cheese Bread Single and 2 Packs because of possible Salmonella contamination. Salmonella can cause fever, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, and more severe illness in vulnerable individuals.

Supplement Recall: Better Weather Fix Elixir

Better Weather Actives LLC recalled Better Weather Fix Elixir 15ml because the product may contain undeclared Mitragynine and Mitragynine Pseudoindoxyl, which are Kratom-related compounds. Consumers should stop using the product and return it to the place of purchase.

Popsicle Recall

DE DIOS’S ICE POPS II LLC issued an allergy alert for fruit popsicles because they may contain undeclared milk, pecans, pistachio, Yellow #5, and Red #40. Consumers with allergies or sensitivities should avoid these products immediately.

Specialty Beverage Recall

SKS Copack recalled various specialty beverages, including products under Royal Gold, Boba Time, Fanale, and Denda, because of possible Salmonella contamination.

Why Food Recalls Matter

Many people assume food recalls will not affect them until they get sick.

Foodborne illness and allergen exposure can lead to:

  • Missed workouts

  • Reduced recovery

  • Lost productivity

  • Dehydration

  • Hospitalization in severe cases

Protecting your health starts with paying attention to what enters your body.

What To Do

If you have any recalled products:

  • Stop using them immediately

  • Check recall information and lot numbers

  • Dispose of affected products safely

  • Clean surfaces that may have contacted contaminated food

  • Contact the manufacturer regarding refunds or replacement
